Discussion

Machine clearance of the area, which is predominantly chalk, with some sandy areas. Initially, only the medieval ridge and furrow marks and a glacial feature were clearly visible, with the presence of Grubenhauser and other pits less clearly defined. No finds were lifted under this number.
