Discussion

A small pit located just to the east of pit 011AB00291. Although the context record claims a large animal bone was recovered from the base of the feature, this is not reflected in the animal bone database. No other finds were noted. The pit was cut into sand and gravel and was filled with a sandy loam. The fill was generally darker (Munsell 10/YR/33) than the fills of the other features in the area.
