Discussion

 Two segments of slot excavated in the east of area 11AB, cut by enclosure ditch 011BC07127 and ditch 011AB00484.This feature may be the continuation of the slot excavated as part of the enclosure ditch (011BC07127) to the south. However, the slot to the south was excavated as part of the ditch because it had the same fill and is almost certainly contemporary, while this slot had a dark, sandy fill noticeably different to the fill of the ditch. The fill of this slot also contained a flint blade which also indicates an earlier date than the ditch.
