Medieval Plough Furrows

Discussion

Nine NE/SW aligned Medieval furrows from a rig and furrow system. The furrows continue to the north as master 011BB07055. Only one segment of one furrow was excavated (011BA00067). Although not explicitly stated in the context notes, it appears that a small segment of a second furrow was (011BA00761) also excavated under the impression that it was a slot. More probably it was the base of a plough furrow.
