One of seven post holes in the immediate area, which do not form any apparent structure or pattern. The fill was a loamy sand (Munsell 10YR 4/3), with 10% chalk gravel inclusions and contained no finds. It was cut into a fine chalk gravel, with a flat-based U profile.
