A short segment of narrow slot, which was not seen to continue to the east or the west. No objects and only two animal bones (both cattle) were recovered from the fill, which was a loamy sand (Munsell 10/YR/44) with up to 15% chalk inclusions. The slot was cut into heavily iron-panned loamy sand and sandy gravel. Possibly some form of drainage leading into the stream channel. A similar slot (011AB00922) was excavated some 38 metres to the south.
