Discussion

A short east/west aligned slot in the south of area 11BA. The slot contained evidence of two post/stake holes in the base,  not issued with separate context numbers. It is likely to have been associated with one of the lines of east/west aligned post holes in the area (see the post holes within master 011BA07133), probably forming fence lines. The area between the enclosure ditches of 011BA07130 and 011BA07129 also contains several short ditches (containing structural evidence), possibly blocking, or forming entrances into, the main enclosure. The slot contained a bronze coin of Antoninianus Gallienus (260AD to 268AD).
