Discussion

This was a short, deep slot, with a single fill (012AD08084) a sandy loam (Munsell colour 10YR 4/3), with 5% chalk inclusions (0.5-1.5cm in diameter). No daub flecking was noted. The only finds were charcoal fragments and a small quantity of animal bones.
