Post Hole Group

Discussion

A group of four post holes located to the south of the western part of enclosure 002DC00150 . The post holes do not form any clear structural arrangement. Only post hole 002DC00091 contained finds, which were a small cattle bone and a fragment of quartzite. Post hole 002DC00054 was unusual in that a post pipe was clearly seen, surrounded by chalk post packing. They were all cut into a gravelly chalk with some hillwash.
