Pit

Discussion

The pit was located just to the north of the possible entrance to ?enclosure 011AE00299. Although never clearly defined in the field, it is possible that 011AE00299 cut through the pit on its eastern side. Two potsherds were recovered from the fill of the pit, neither of which could be dated with any certainty.
